The Haldimand Norfolk Housing Corporation is seeking a passionate, enthusiastic, committed, and knowledgeable Haldimand resident to fill a vacancy and join our volunteer Board of Directors.

HNHC is a municipally-owned Local Housing Corporation that owns and manages 544 rent-geared-to-income and market rent homes throughout both counties. HNHC is the largest Community Housing Provider and offers specialized property management services to other housing providers and non-profit organizations.

Our board regularly meets monthly in Simcoe (excluding July, August, and December) and will hold additional special meetings when the need arises.

Board members are required to have internet access, email, and the ability to participate in Teams web conference calls during times when in-person meetings cannot be held.
