These 3 and 4-bedroom semi-detached family homes include a driveway and laundry hook-ups.  All utilities (heat/hydro/water) are paid for by the tenant.  Tenant must provide their own fridge and stove, and maintain their own grounds (mow lawn/shovel snow).
